ARGI acquires MediaBrains' Reader Services Division

MediaBrains and ASI enter into online directory agreement
NAPLES, Florida – MediaBrains, a leader in b-to-b online directory advertising, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry. ASI recently re-launched the websites associated with Uniforms (formerly Modern Uniforms), Stitches and Wearable Business magazines. Since the acquisition of these publications from Prism Business Media, ASI has made significant upgrades to these print and online properties, providing re-designed graphics, higher-quality paper and additional editorial features in each issue, starting with the January 2007 issues.
