Update My Company Information

How do I update information about my company?
You may update your contact information in the Advertiser Center, which can be accessed through www.mediabrains.com

  1. Go to www.mediabrains.com
  2. Click "Client Login"
  3. Enter your Email Address and Password. If you do not have your information click "Forgot your password?" and MediaBrains will email you a link to reset your password
  4. Once you are logged into the Advertiser Center click "Company Profile" to make updates to your company information

What is the difference between a "display link" and a "destination URL"?
The display link is text that a user can see. When a display link is clicked it uses the “destination URL” to go to a particular page. For example, the commonly used phrase "Click Here" is the display link, while the destination URL is the page within a website, such as your home page, that the users sees after they click.

Submitting Artwork and Logos

What should I do if my logo looks distorted?
This is probably due to your logo being larger or smaller than 120 x 60. Logos must be 120 x 60 pixels in size. If your logo continues to look distorted please contact customer service at (866) 627-2467 or email: customerservice@mediabrains.com.

Can I change the description on my listing?
Yes, you may change your description as often as you like.

  4. Once you are logged into the Advertiser Center click "Category Placements" to change edit your descriptions

Are there any other charges associated with a Featured Listing beyond the flat annual rate?
No. There are no additional costs that you will incur with your Featured Listing. We have created the flat rate model to help you manage your exposure continuously without having to monitor bidding on a daily basis. There are no set up charges, maintenance fees or pay-per-click costs.
