Open Positions
The Web Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces for websites and web applications, designing and implementing prototypes, mock ups, user flows and wireframes. You’ll be responsible for generating design ideas, presenting and selling designs to internal clients, understanding customer needs and motivations and integrating them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience developing user interfaces for web-based applications.
- Experienced graphic designer with strong visual communications skills.
- Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, and Illustrator software experience.
- HTML, DHTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of marketing, design and technology.
- Ability to visualize solutions and to quickly develop quality documents to communicate design concepts.
- Experience working with business users and engineers to understand their requirements and translating them into UI flows.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization with a commitment to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience with Microsoft ASP.NET (C#) using Visual Studio
- Strong front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (any experience with JQuery is ideal)
- Strong SQL Server skills (database design, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages)
- Working knowledge of CSS
- Be able to juggle working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a good attitude.
- Can work with minimum supervision and be a valuable contributor in an interactive team environment.
- Strong drive and ability to meet or exceed established deadlines and timetables
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or applicable field a plus

- Follow up with leads generated from marketing programs
- Identify, document and develop new prospects
- Enjoys sales activities and creating new business opportunities
- Build and maintain an on-going sizable pipeline
- Follow up with clients to verify customer satisfaction and potential up-sell
- Conduct sales presentations to develop and acquire new business
- Meet monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Prefer Bachelor's degree
- Experience with content management systems
- Proficiency with computers and the Internet.
- Results-oriented, efficient time management skills and energetic
- Leadership, self-motivated and great people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of strong sales background

- Knowledge & experience with business-to-business relationships
