Joe Buckheit

President and Chief Executive Officer

Joe founded MediaBrains and has led the company through its development and growth since 1996, maintaining a strong culture of innovation. Joe oversees the company’s business and technical strategies and guides all operational functions, from product development and marketing to sales and service.

Joe began his career developing software for the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Jim Murchison

Vice President of Technology

Jim began his career with MediaBrains in 1997. He leads the company’s technology and development teams ensuring our systems align with business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.

Gina Paddock

Vice President of Sales

Gina is responsible for identifying, developing and managing high-level client relationships to create strong customer partnerships. She plays a key role in identifying market opportunities and understanding our customers’ needs.

Throughout her career Gina has been involved with sales and marketing operations, training and managing of account executives, and developing major corporate alliances. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of South Florida.

Scott Horner

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Scott is responsible for planning, allocating and managing resources to deliver our high-quality, customer centric services. Scott’s efforts allow us to deliver stellar service and quality products.

Prior to his seven years with MediaBrains he began his career in IT management following his Engineering education at Edison State College.

Jay Steffey

Director of Sales & Business Development

Jay is responsible for preserving existing partnerships while cultivating new business relationships. The sales and customer service teams, led by Jay, promote the adoption and continued use of MediaBrains products and services.

Prior to his six years with MediaBrains, Jay worked in sales and marketing for an information technology company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Wake Forest University and a Master's of Business Administration from Rollins College.

Michele Goguen

Director of Finance

Michele upholds the company’s financial strategy and ensures our financial procedures are accurate and timely. She also facilitates human resource programs and benefits that attract talent and nourish our corporate culture.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Management from Ohio University, bringing a wealth of experience from key accounting positions held throughout her career.

Christina Hardy

Director of Marketing

Christina serves as Director of Marketing, responsible for the company’s brand and marketing strategy. She works closely with each department to create and execute high-impact marketing programs focused on brand, audience, product promotion and growth.

She brings 10 years experience from both the agency and company perspectives and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design and Interactive Media from The Art Institute of Atlanta.
